David, I wanted to thank you and Colorado for making my stay quite memorable.  The snow was piled high and deep.  The cabin and its view were breath taking.  Waking up in the morning to the amazing Colorado sun rise.  With El Dora Being a couple miles away I be came and expert skier in one day with the first time lessons and I live in Miami.  David please save me a spot because I will definitively come again.  Also I would like to thank Brenda the house keeper for she was very helpful and informative. Your cabin was the highlight of our adventure! The hill going up to the cabin was pretty clear no problems, very beautiful views. We made the trip due to I graduated nursing school and pass the state boards. Joe and I looked at a few prorperties while on your property. We have been considering moving there in the next few years. As a property invester in the area would you be able to to help us? I would love to take the family to your cabin. Now that I have your address I will send the check for the walking stick, again I am sorry for the stick.

We had a great time this past weekend. We were "snowed in" in DFW and
DEN, very unusual. We arrived at the cabin around 2 AM, and were so glad we had rented 4WD. We skied ElDora on Sat. & Sun., but only the lower half was open. Record low -18 set on Thursday night, winds 40-50 miles an hour. We will try to make this an annual outing. We had fun and enjoyed the cabin. Looking forward to next time! Many thanks, Leona

David, Thanks so much for the use of your Colorado home. The kids had a great time learning to ski and did well. The instruction at Eldora was great. We had three good days of skiing. We so much enjoyed the cabin that we didn't once go out to eat. It was so comfortable at the end of the day we just cooked 'at home' and relaxed. The views are fantastic. The kids trudged up the hill and played in the snow. They had more energy than me.

Yes we had a wonderful time - quite tame - lots of games - and the house is perfect - oh my - people can watch a movie quietly while us more vocal ones could play poker in the sun room with music playing. The deck and view - awesome. Think you would consider renting to us again early summer 2007 - we would like to do it again? Thanks again, Linda

We have returned to Houston after 2 weeks in your Eagles Views cabin, and thought you might like some feedback. Your cabin is perfect, just what we were looking for in a mountain vacation. The view from your deck is stunning. The weather was cool and refreshing. The cabin was fully stocked with everything we needed, and more. (I think we left a little more than we took, including quite a bit of beer because I couldn't find a place to put it in our car). My compliments to you and your wife on the decor and furnishings, they are most comfortable and give the cabin just the right feel and appearance. In all, we were totally pleased and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. Everything we needed was available. It's very peaceful here and the view spectacular. This is a wonderful place. My kids felt so at home that they stayed our of our bed (doesn't even happen at home.) We loved the evening walks behind the cabin. The view of the mountains with the sun rising on them is spectacular. Estes Park is wonderful (had to go a couple of times.) Thank you for letting us stay.
