We bought this cabin as a getaway for ourselves. This our second home which we frequent often, please use care and caution as you would in your own home.

Eagle's Views Cabin Rates
A 2 night minimum stay
or 3 night minimum stay over holiday weekends.
10% discount for an extended stay of 7 nights or more.
Special Rates apply during holidays including but not limited to
Christmas, New Years, and Thanksgiving weeks.

$195 per night; 2 persons
Additional adult - $40 per night
A maximum of 8 people per night
No charge for children under 16 years of age
There will be a $60.00 cleaning fee for a party of 3 or more.

We require a 50% deposit, due at time of booking to confirm your dates. We take VISA, MasterCard, Discover (NO personal checks). We'll then charge this same card for the rest of your payment the week of your stay at Eagle's Views Cabin.

There is a phone at the cabin. We'll provide you with the number once reservation is made so family and friends can contact you. Pets will have to be cleared with the owner before occupying the home. This is a NON-smoking cabin.

4WD -- Four wheel drive is REQUIRED in winter to drive to Eaglesviews, if there is snow cover on the mountain roads. Remember this property is at an altitude of 9300 feet, where few have altitude sickness, but they MAY with heavy physical exertion. Use caution and drink plenty of water.

Tenants are advised to be careful of all the hazards of high mountain living, which may be different from what they are accustomed to. These include mountain lions, bears, moose, lightning, high wind, falls, ice and snow, rock slides, avalanche, and injury due to skiing or hiking. All wildlife can be dangerous and should not be approached. Our thin air makes sunburn and breathing hazard extreme; protect yourself. This IS a HIGH mountain environment!

Tenants are advised to have their insurances in order and to take all prudent action to avoid harm and injury. Please inform all persons in your party and guests of hazards they may not be aware of. The leasing tenant is responsible for the care and safety of all minor children they bring to the property.

David Loesch and family are in no way what so ever responsible for any accidents you may have on the property at Eagle's Views Cabin. If you have an accident, your own insurance will have to cover any expenses for emergency room, ambulance, doctors or hospitals.
